If you wish to join us, then contact us, or come to our Friday Fun Night (7pm Friday evenings while the weather is good)
Location: at Chester Canoe Club, Sandy Lane, Chester.
Facilities include changing rooms, Showers, club house etc. Times: 7.00pm – 8.00pm approx.
What you need: All the necessary equipment and qualified instruction is provided. Several thin layers of clothing are best for canoeing and a wind proof cagoule is advisable if it is cool. You will need to bring a warm change of clothes, towel and foot wear that attaches to your feet i.e. beach shoes, pumps, but not flip flops that will fall off.
By the end of the course you will have good boat control and be proficient in all the main strokes used in canoeing.
